This 26m (85ft) 2.44m diameter (8ft) massive pile was installed with 8 access tubes (US rule of thumb is 1 tube/feet of diameter).
Three major defects were found on a simple CSL test, and the access tubes were used to jet-grout the pile in an attempt to repair it.
A repeated test with tomography was done post-repair, on all 28 tube combinations. The results are presented in a PDF format
